The Virginia Lady Crush selects only both qualified and capable coaches for our staff as we take the developement of our players very seriously. All of our coaches have years of experience at Fastpitch Softball and are dedicated in providing the best quality training possible. They all also have to submit a noterized background check yearly and are all ACE certified. Our coaching staff will work diligently with each child to help them not only develop advanced softball skills but to also acquire the qualities of a complete player - a strong work ethic, disciplined focus to detail, positive mental attitude and sportsmanship.
